With over 50 years of experience, RNR Plastics is a leading fabricator of made-to-order plastic and vinyl products and packaging. We can design and manufacture a unique plastic, vinyl, or PVC product to meet your specific application, at a price you're more used to seeing for some standard, off-the-shelf catalog product. Whether it's a custom product package, job ticket holder, presentation folder, sign holder or some other idea you have in your head or scribbled on a piece of paper, our experienced and dedicated team can help turn your plastic and vinyl product ideas into reality.

We have a healthy obsession with plastic.
With our in-house design department, state-of-the art tool and die shop, and rigorous control quality process we can create a made-to-order product in a wide variety of plastics, including flexible vinyl and rigid PVC, to look and function exactly as you need, from the most simple to the most complex design. A full-time quality control staff constantly monitors production from start to finish and employees are encouraged to report production issues through a quality incentive program designed to achieve zero defect manufacturing. In fact, ALL employees are empowered to stop production or send parts back for manual inspection if they believe something is not 100% correct.

Thousands of in-house dies for fast, easy, low-cost customization.
We stock the most popular sizes for most of our products to accommodate projects with short lead times. We also have thousands of house dies to fabricate many sizes to order with no tooling charges. Even if your project requires a new die to make the perfect size for your application, our very reasonable tooling fee will still keep your project cost to a minimum.
